We had an error code 743 occuring with this forklift. When lowering the forks we could lower at slowest speed without any error. When trying to lower at the faster speed the forklift would code. We found out the handle needed to be recalibrated. You do this by going to Service in the dash prompts, and entering the passcode – usually 2311. That’s where the handle functions can be calibrated.
