Machine Maxx made our forklift purchase very easy and even had a video on Youtube showing it operate which was really... helpful. Delivery went as expected. The only thing to note is to map out the payments and make sure you are alright with the actual financing costs if you use the financing team offered (another company) as the interest rate is not based on an amortized loan (i.e. it ends up being around double the stated interest rate if you compare to an amortized loan). That said, the cash flows still would have made sense to buy the forklift, we just got a better deal on the financing with our local bank and the financing service would still help a lot of people who may not otherwise be able to finance a used forklift. Ultimately very pleased and glad to have stumbled into this company!read more
