  1. I have been gifted a crown wp2335-45 which works great. We left it unplugged and not it will not charge. No lights come on when plugged in. Is there a reset or does it need something to help he change?

    1. First just make sure you have everything connected correctly. If you do, then you need to check the battery pack voltage. You should have four batteries connected in series to make 24 volts. You can use a simple multimeter, set it to DC volts, and place the probes on the positive and negative terminals on the battery cable ends. If you’re reading around 24 volts then there might something wrong with the built-in charger. If it’s reading a much lower voltage then the batteries went flat – meaning the acid has gotten weak. They can be charged by a special charger that has adjustable amp and voltage settings. But you probably don’t have something like that. Your local forklift dealer might have a “Poker” charger they can let you borrow. That has the correct settings. Otherwise you might have to replace the batteries. Good luck!

    1. If there is a plug in the back cover try plugging a a regular extension cord into it. You’ll hear the machine charging if it charges that way. If the WP has an industrial battery it then you might need an external charger. The battery will plug into the charger.
