We had some trepidation purchasing forklifts without performing our own inspection. However, Ross’s communication was great, the units arrived timely and as described. We’ve only just received them, but all seems to be in order.

Found Andy with machine max on marketplace. Kinda knew what I wanted and stopped to see what they had. They have a large inventory of popular forklifts in stock. I was looking for a little smaller one than most. Andy showed me several good options and explained the differences with each one. I picked out the one I wanted paid for it and he had it delivered to our shop in no time. We use it daily and have had no issues. Andy even followed up to see how it was going. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

I was quite skeptical of buying a forklift over the Internet. I always like to touch and feel equipment before I plunk down a lot of cash for any product. I needed a forklift pretty quick and searched the web and found Maxx USA. They had a large inventory and a lot of of different bands and models that would fill my needs. I was still concerned and hesitant to make this purchase, but when I called Maxx to inquire, I got a hold of Andy. Andy was great to deal with. Zero pressure and just lots of help. We talked about the unit I had zeroed in on and he told me all the history he knew and what they had done to it in order to ensure their customers don’t have problems or bad experiences with their purchases. In the end, Andy made me very comfortable with the transaction. He arranged shipping to my location and it arrived exactly the day he said it would. Andy is a straight shooter and honest in his descriptions and details. I will be going here first the next time I need a lift, and I recommend anyone calling Andy if they need a good used lift at a fair price.

I want to tell you what happened so you understand how great this company is. We bought a used Toyota lift from them, it’s our first electric forklift. When we received it I was hearing a sound that I thought was a hydraulic issue. Ross from Machine Maxx told us to bring in a tech to look at it and he would cover it. The tech confirmed there was no issue, but the still charged us an absurd amount to look at it. Without hesitation Ross told us to send him the bill, he would cover it. If that doesn’t show the amazing type of people you are dealing with I don’t know what will. Best of luck to you guys at Machine Maxx, rare to find an ethical company.

Highly recommend Andy, he reached out and asked what I would be using the machine for and helped me pick a forklift to meet our needs. We are based in Florida, Andy set up all the transportation, I received the lift in amazing condition, and fully operational. Couldn’t be happier! Thanks Andy!

Machine Maxx was very helpful. They were able to find a forklift within our budget as well as adhere to dimensional details that were a challenge for our requirements. They delivered the forklift in a timely manner and were very professional. We’re very happy with the quality of the transaction as well as the truck itself. Highly recommend.

I had been looking for a forklift for awhile and had experienced the ‘leave us your contact info…’ approach a lot of dealers take. Machine Maxx listed prices and videos of the unit in operation. The deal was almost too good to be true, so I reached out. Ross quickly responded and was super helpful! They swapped the tires for me and shipped it out. My forklift was delivered yesterday without incident. I’m super happy with the whole transaction.

Our company was shopping for a brand new fork lift when we came across a used lift from Machine Maxx USA. At the price, we couldn’t pass it up! The purchasing process was easy and they even recommended and sold us a compatible charger.

When we received our lift and started operating it, we found that there were some issues with the hydraulic cable system that needed repairs. We figured since the lift was such a great price we didn’t mind having to spend a little more to make repairs, but after talking with Andy at Machine Maxx they offered to pay for the entire repair job!

Highly recommend buying from Machine Maxx USA, excellent customer service and great prices.

Exceptional Service and Quality at Machine Maxx USA Forklifts

I recently had the pleasure of doing business with Machine Maxx USA Forklifts and I must say, their service was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I made contact, their team demonstrated a level of professionalism and expertise that is truly commendable.

What sets Machine Maxx USA Forklifts apart is their commitment to providing high-quality used forklifts. Each piece of equipment I viewed was in excellent condition, reflecting their stringent quality control measures. It’s evident that they understand the importance of reliability in this industry.

Moreover, the pricing at Machine Maxx USA Forklifts is incredibly competitive. They offer excellent value for money, making it possible for businesses of all sizes to find equipment that fits their budget. This balance of quality and affordability is something I greatly appreciate.

In conclusion, if you’re in the market for used forklifts, I highly recommend Machine Maxx USA Forklifts. Their superior service, quality equipment, and reasonable pricing make them a standout choice in the industry. I look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

Really happy with Andy G and the whole crew over here. They were super responsive and provided a lot of insight and guidance on the equipment. And at the end of the transaction, I received a high quality very well refurbished piece of equipment (Toyota 5k forklift) for a very good price. Bought the machine out of state site unseen, so it’s also nice to know they are very trustworthy / transparent and quick with arranging the logistic part of getting the machine over to me as well.

Thanks again. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I just purchased a used lift from Machine Max. Ross was extremely helpful during the entire process. Even with shipping 800 miles, the price was well below what I could find locally. When I received the lift, it was exactly as described. I couldn’t be happier with the purchase and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great quality, used lift.

I had a great experience purchasing our new Yale 7000 pound capacity electric forklift from Andy and Machine Maxx USA. I flew to Cleveland and test drove the unit, completed the purchase, and they shipped it to us within one week. We received it this Monday and have used extensively loading two big trucks to go to Las Vegas. We could not be happier!, as their service was great, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone purchasing a used forklift.

Machine Maxx made our forklift purchase very easy and even had a video on Youtube showing it operate which was really helpful. Delivery went as expected. The only thing to note is to map out the payments and make sure you are alright with the actual financing costs if you use the financing team offered (another company) as the interest rate is not based on an amortized loan (i.e. it ends up being around double the stated interest rate if you compare to an amortized loan). That said, the cash flows still would have made sense to buy the forklift, we just got a better deal on the financing with our local bank and the financing service would still help a lot of people who may not otherwise be able to finance a used forklift. Ultimately very pleased and glad to have stumbled into this company!

We were told by our local mechanic that these batteries would be on backorder for 12-18 weeks. Ross at Machine Maxx found the batteries in a few minutes, made the order process a breeze, and even with weather-related shipping delays, they were onsite and installed in less than two weeks. We will be ordering all our equipment batteries from Machine Maxx from now on.
