Our company was shopping for a brand new fork lift when we came across a used lift from Machine Maxx USA. At the price, we couldn’t pass it up! The purchasing process was easy and they even recommended and sold us a compatible charger.

When we received our lift and started operating it, we found that there were some issues with the hydraulic cable system that needed repairs. We figured since the lift was such a great price we didn’t mind having to spend a little more to make repairs, but after talking with Andy at Machine Maxx they offered to pay for the entire repair job!

Really happy with Andy G and the whole crew over here. They were super responsive and provided a lot of insight and guidance on the equipment. And at the end of the transaction, I received a high quality very well refurbished piece of equipment (Toyota 5k forklift) for a very good price. I flew to Cleveland and test drove the unit, completed the purchase, and they shipped it to us within one week. Machine Maxx made our forklift purchase very easy and even had a video on Youtube showing it operate which was really helpful. Delivery went as expected. The only thing to note is to map out the payments and make sure you are alright with the actual financing costs if you use the financing team offered (another company) as the interest rate is not based on an amortized loan (i.e. it ends up being around double the stated interest rate if you compare to an amortized loan). That said, the cash flows still would have made sense to buy the forklift, we just got a better deal on the financing with our local bank and the financing service would still help a lot of people who may not otherwise be able to finance a used forklift. Ultimately very pleased and glad to have stumbled into this company!
