    code 2000-12 machine won’t start

      Check 20 amp fuses in fuse box next to battery. If one is blown this will prevent the machine from starting.

    Code 522655-1 – Closed Loop Feedback (LPG) Short Term Fuel Trim High. This means you have an intermittent lean run.

      We replaced the LP fuel filter and the code persists. Also tried to clean out electronic pressure regulator and code is still there. Trying the regulator diaphragm next.

    I HAVE A HYSTER THAT ENGINE SHUTOFF IN 30 SECONDS AFTER IT STARTS

      If the machine is counting down 30 seconds and then turning off you have an issue the ECU is trying to prevent from getting worse. Check for error codes – if you have any you can post them here and get more info. Otherwise look for main issues like overheating, low coolant, low oil, fuel leaks, etc. If you don’t have a code and can’t find the issue on your own it’s best to call the Hyster dealer.
