Hello. Is there a proper method to charge this Model Forklift?

For a standard lead acid battery you just need to make sure the charger matches the voltage and amp hours of the battery. Should be battery model 18-85-25 in this Doosan, which is a 1020 AH battery. Could also be a 18-90-25 or 18-100-25. Those are 1080 and 1200 amp hour batteries. Your charger’s data tag will have the amp hour range capacity or it will tell you how many amps it does. The proper amp output to charge the battery in this forklift is 180 amps. Other than that the battery should be discharged to around 30% and not much lower before it’s placed on charge. And always make sure the battery is clean and has enough water in the cells.
