Check fuses first. Then make sure the battery is charging properly. When the forklift is running at idle speed, the battery will charge at over 14 volts if the alternator is working properly. If the battery is in good condition but the voltage reading is under 14 volts, you may have a bad alternator or bad wiring leading to the alternator.
Also check wiring connections for debris, looseness, and even very small amounts of corrosion.
You can try to clear the codes by disconnecting the battery cables, holding them together for a minute, and then reconnecting them to the battery.
