Found Andy with machine max on marketplace. Kinda knew what I wanted and stopped to see what they had. They have a large inventory of popular forklifts in stock. I was looking for a little smaller one than most. Andy showed me several good options and explained the differences with each one. I picked out the one I wanted paid for it and he had it delivered to our shop in no time. We use it daily and have had no issues. Andy even followed up to see how it was going. I was quite skeptical of buying a forklift over the Internet. I always like to touch and feel equipment before I plunk down a lot of cash for any product. I needed a forklift pretty quick and searched the web and found Maxx USA. They had a large inventory and a lot of of different bands and models that would fill my needs. I was still concerned and hesitant to make this purchase, but when I called Maxx to inquire, I got a hold of Andy. Andy was great to deal with. Zero pressure and just lots of help. We talked about the unit I had zeroed in on and he told me all the history he knew and what they had done to it in order to ensure their customers don’t have problems or bad experiences with their purchases. In the end, Andy made me very comfortable with the transaction. He arranged shipping to my location and it arrived exactly the day he said it would. Andy is a straight shooter and honest in his descriptions and details. I will be going here first the next time I need a lift, and I recommend anyone calling Andy if they need a good used lift at a fair price.

I want to tell you what happened so you understand how great this company is. We bought a used Toyota lift from them, itโs our first electric forklift. When we received it I was hearing a sound that I thought was a hydraulic issue. Ross from Machine Maxx told us to bring in a tech to look at it and he would cover it. The tech confirmed there was no issue, but the still charged us an absurd amount to look at it. Without hesitation Ross told us to send him the bill, he would cover it. If that doesnโt show the amazing type of people you are dealing with I donโt know what will. Best of luck to you guys at Machine Maxx, rare to find an ethical company.

Machine Maxx made our forklift purchase very easy and even had a video on Youtube showing it operate which was really helpful. Delivery went as expected. The only thing to note is to map out the payments and make sure you are alright with the actual financing costs if you use the financing team offered (another company) as the interest rate is not based on an amortized loan (i.e. it ends up being around double the stated interest rate if you compare to an amortized loan). That said, the cash flows still would have made sense to buy the forklift, we just got a better deal on the financing with our local bank and the financing service would still help a lot of people who may not otherwise be able to finance a used forklift. Ultimately very pleased and glad to have stumbled into this company!
