Really happy with Andy G and the whole crew over here. They were super responsive and provided a lot of insight and guidance on the equipment. And at the end of the transaction, I received a high quality very well refurbished piece of equipment (Toyota 5k forklift) for a very good price. Machine Maxx made our forklift purchase very easy and even had a video on Youtube showing it operate which was really helpful. Delivery went as expected. The only thing to note is to map out the payments and make sure you are alright with the actual financing costs if you use the financing team offered (another company) as the interest rate is not based on an amortized loan (i.e. it ends up being around double the stated interest rate if you compare to an amortized loan). That said, the cash flows still would have made sense to buy the forklift, we just got a better deal on the financing with our local bank and the financing service would still help a lot of people who may not otherwise be able to finance a used forklift. Ultimately very pleased and glad to have stumbled into this company!
We received our forklift on time and the fork lift was in good shape and is operating as expected. We had a little issue with the charger, but it was taken care of right away. Andy was very responsive on all questions. We would certainly buy from this seller again.

We were told by our local mechanic that these batteries would be on backorder for 12-18 weeks. Ross at Machine Maxx found the batteries in a few minutes, made the order process a breeze, and even with weather-related shipping delays, they were onsite and installed in less than two weeks.
